Service Description

Unlock the basics to pole fitness in Intro to Pole. Students will learn the groundwork to pole and become familiar with strength and conditioning drills, basic climbs, beginner tricks and combos, learning different grips and understanding different points of contact to help get you comfortable on the pole. This class is great for those who are new to pole fitness, have never taken pole or those who have taken pole and want to brush up on the basics. No prerequisites required. 60 minutes.
