Service Description

Pole Conditioning is a class designed to build strength and improve flexibility/mobility to help impact your overall pole performance. This class is a hybrid of strength training and active flexibility drills. Focus will be on building upper and lower body strength, core strength, active splits and back bending. Off the pole training goes a long way and helps keep you safe from injury! This class is great for anyone taking pole classes or for anyone who wants a great work full body workout. 60 minutes. No prerequisites.
